A BIT ABOUT ME
I am Caz and I have been passionate about hula hooping for 8 years and I have been a certified Hulafit instructor since March 2021. I focus on a range of cardio, strengthening and toning exercises using the hula hoop to give you a full body workout- with a feel good factor. I believe that no matter what your age or ability, anyone can enjoy hula hooping!
