HULAFIT- Wednesdays at 6.30pm via Zoom.
A full body 40 minute workout with a fun factor! This class is designed for beginners to intermediate and is a mixture of on body hula hooping and off body cardio moves designed to tone and strengthen- as well as burning calories!
The moves can be adapted to different abilities so don't worry if you haven't hooped much before!
You will need- space to hula hoop, water and fitness clothing.
